Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit and obstructed our day-to-day lives, Design Phase decided to take matters into its own hands and create a company aimed to protect our great American people. As a manufacturer of in store displays worldwide, our initial reason to design a shield was for our line leaders in the plant. From that, we created DP medproducts to ensure the safety of our employees and others in the work force in need of protection during these hard times.

At DP medproducts, we have created an affordable shield that not only adapts to the new normal of tomorrow, but also overcomes the future. With stay at home orders coming to an end, working Americans can’t walk into their place of business without having a solution to maintain the safety and well-being of their office environment. So, we decided to solve that answer for them. Through working countless hours with local dentists and doctors in our Midwest area, we created the most efficient protective shield custom built for their needs and others as they face the frontlines head on. As some of them are working over 11-hour shifts, these doctors told us they need a lightweight shield that is comfortable, adjustable, washable, and reusable. And more importantly, made in America.
Through their feedback, we designed the DP Defender shield: Allowing for daily life to resume through the defense of our shield carefully designed for consumer comfort, safety, and reusability. Our shield is equipped with complete protection against ANY spray, splatter, droplet, dust, oil, and smoke that is suitable to wear in ANY environment.
